Veronica has held a variety of senior management, business development and marketing communications positions within in a variety of industries including local companies and organizations such as; Kanata North Business Association, Intouch Insight, Invest Ottawa, CogniVue (now Freescale Semiconductor), Design 1st and Tundra Semiconductor (now IDT).

In 2007, Veronica founded TrueCourse, a marketing communications company, providing clients in North America and Europe with strategic and tactical marketing and communications support.

Veronica has a Bachelor’s of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.

Beyond efforts with TrueCourse, Veronica is recognized as one of the City community builders.

Veronica finds great enjoyment on the soccer field, watching her daughter’s competitive team and playing in the ladies beer league. Horses are also a passion as is Louis the Cat (aka Night Ninja)- the family feline. And, when not on the clock, Veronica can be found “doing research” – testing different wines and chocolate combinations.
