Rachel brings over 25 years of private business and marketing experience to TrueCourse’s client engagements, helping turn their opportunities into reality, through strategic planning, teamwork, and execution.

Rachel works with TrueCourse’s clients to develop their marketing strategy and tactics (traditional and online media), including target audience segmentation and insights, value proposition, competitive benchmarking, positioning, differentiators, core values, brand attributes, execution planning and performance evaluation.

Early in her career, Rachel discovered an innovative concept in England and purchased the North American rights. In Canada, her company repositioned the product and marketing strategy and launched in North America, licensing nearly 4,000 schools over the next 10 years. Since then, for the past 15 years, she has worked in a marketing agency setting, helping clients in all sectors successfully launch and grow their organizations and new initiatives.

Rachel was born in the U.K. and has lived in the U.S. but has called Canada home most of her life. She holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa.

In her spare time, Rachel does some light volunteer work, most recently helping new Canadians to settle in the community. Otherwise, she is usually hanging out with friends or family, probably in a restaurant somewhere, enjoying some laughs and a glass of wine.
